Any Pioneer DJ product purchased from an authorized dealer within the last 6 months of submitting an application is eligible for AlphaTheta Care, provided it has been used exclusively within the United States. AlphaTheta Care coverage is valid only in the United States.

There is a 30-day waiting period after your application is approved and payment is confirmed before you can file a claim. Coverage begins on the 31st day. For more details, please refer to the New Leaf Service Terms Agreement, available here.

Yes, if you recieved a DJ product as a gift you are still eligible for AlphaTheta Care, as long as you can provide the required information when submitting your application.

Yes. Transferring the plan can be completed by mailing an agreement, providing the date of new ownership, new owner’s name, complete address, and telephone number [and a check for twenty-five dollars ($25) payable to New Leaf Service Contracts, Inc. within 10 days of Covered Product transfer of ownership. Yes, you can purchase AlphaTheta Care at any time within 6 month after a purchase. 

No, any DJ products that were purchased used or refurbished are not eligible for AlphaTheta Care
