All Pioneer DJ Store orders are processed within 2-5 business days and ship based on available stock. Please refer to the product page for the estimated delivery date. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays and ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or International Freight Forwarders.

If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return products within 14 days of purchase; provided the product(s) are in unused condition and returned in the original packaging. To ensure a successful delivery, all Pioneer DJ Store orders ship via FedEx and require a direct signature at the time of delivery. Our logistics team can have the order rerouted to a FedEx Pick Up location if needed.
