The Pioneer DJ Store offers quality refurbished products at greatly reduced prices! Each Pioneer DJ Store Certified Refurbished product completes a rigorous process and is tested by a member of our quality control team, cleaned and fitted with genuine replacement parts as needed, ensuring you get the same quality performance you expect from brand new AlphaTheta/Pioneer DJ products. What is the Pioneer DJ Store Refurbished return policy?
Once AlphaTheta Music Americas receives the returned product(s), please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive funds back to your original payment method. The serial number of the unit received will be checked against what was originally shipped, if a match is confirmed, refund will be issued. If a match is not made, we will reach out to you to resolve the issue and a refund may be delayed. Full details can be found here.
What should I expect my order to look like?
All Pioneer DJ Refurbished Store orders are packed in a new branded white box with the product being wrapped in bubble protection.Â

When can I expect my order to arrive?
