Can I apply for AlphaTheta Care at a physical store?

No - AlphaTheta Care is only available for purchase here at Pioneerdjstore.com

How long do I have to purchase AlphaTheta Care once the purchase link has been sent?

AlphaTheta Care must be purchased within 6 months of buying the unit. *If you apply in the 5th month and are approved, you’ll have one month to complete your purchase.

What makes a product eligible for AlphaTheta Care?

Any Pioneer DJ or AlphaTheta product within the AlphaTheta Care program that has been purchased from an authorized dealer within the last 6 months of the date of submitting an application. Current eligible products (as of April 2026):

How do I file a claim?

To request service for the Covered Product, contact the Administrator toll-free at 855.630.3442, or go online to New Leaf Service Contracts

Is the extended warranty transferable to a new owner if I sell the product?

Yes. Transferring the plan can be completed by mailing an agreement, providing the date of new ownership, new owner’s name, complete address, and telephone number [and a check for twenty-five dollars ($25) payable to New Leaf Service Contracts, Inc. within 10 days of Covered Product transfer of ownership. Email customer@newleafsc.net for info.

Can I purchase an extended warranty for a DJ product that I have already used or opened?

Yes, you can purchase AlphaTheta Care at any time within 6 month after a purchase. However, the original product must've been bought in new, original condition. Used or refurbished products are not eligible for coverage.

Can I purchase an extended warranty for a DJ product that was purchased as a gift?

Yes, if you recieved a DJ product as a gift you are still eligible for AlphaTheta Care, as long as you can provide the required information when submitting your application.

Can I purchase an extended warranty for a DJ product that was purchased used or refurbished?

No, any DJ products that were purchased used or refurbished arenoteligible for AlphaTheta Care
